Working with Ferguson Shamamian Architects, and Douglas Durkin Design, Focus helped convert a Tribeca loft into sumptuous residential environment, allowing the spacious elements of the loft to be experienced through the intimacy of a small art gallery sensibility.

Features of the residence include:

- Adjustable pinspot artlighting accents located within rectangular plaster openings in the ceiling.
- Art display niches, lit from discrete positions within the niche above.
- Custom decorative pendants above dining table, and Entry Vestibule.
