The design team’s concept was to create a “discovered space” found within the crumbling vaults of a urban subway system, and the lighting was key in accentuating the contrasting textures of stone and overgrown floral elements to bring this idea to life. The space transforms with color from a warm and glowing happy hour to a pulsing nightclub, while hidden accent lighting and table lamps ensure there is always a flattering warm glow at the human level.
